Returns

Product returns are possible within 15 days after receiving it.

The refund will be admitted in the following cases:

In the event that you receive the product with manufacturing defect or damage to the transport transit.
Send Error
Dissatisfaction on the part of the client or withdrawal.
Error in the order
If the return is due to the customer’s withdrawal or by mistake when processing the order, we will proceed to refund the amount paid minus the shipping costs of the same. The return of the product to our stores will be borne by the customer.

If the reason for the return corresponds to a manufacturing fault, damage during shipment or error in the product sent, David Locco will schedule the collection of the part in question and, subsequently, will send the correct part.

Before processing your return, you must contact the Customer Service department at the following email help@davidlocco.com. At the time of contacting us it is necessary to provide the following information.

Order number
Product reference
Product defect
Product photography
You must return the product under the following conditions:

In the original packaging in which it was sent.
In the relevant hygienic conditions, David Locco does not accept the return of any product that has been used.
Be sure to carry out the shipment through a suitable logistics company. David Locco is not responsible for any loss or damage that the piece may have suffered in the transportation process.
If once received the return, it is noted that the piece has been used, or incorrectly handled, David Locco will not be responsible for carrying out the refund or refund of the product to the customer unless it is making use of the of guarantee in accordance with the conditions stipulated therein.

There are different circumstances for which the payment gateway can not afford payment:

This procedure is very simple.

  • Select the desired product
  • Once the product file is opened, click on the “add to cart” button that you will find on the right side of the main picture.
  • Once the product is inserted in the cart, you will have two options:
    1. Continue shopping
    2. Complete purchase
    3. If you click on the Continue shopping option, you can select more products and add them to the shopping cart

Repair service

From David Locco we offer a post-sale repair service for cases in which the Guarantee is not applicable. In this case, the client must run with all shipping costs to perform this process. The repair will cost € 16 per product, with the exception of the pieces containing Ediamonds and the watches in which, depending on the incidence, we will carry out a personalized study of your case. Get in touch with us through help@davidlocco.com and follow the following process:

Subject of the e-mail: REPAIR + NAME CONTACT PERSON
Attach a picture of the defect
Write us your phone number in case we had to contact you personally
Once our team has notification of the incident, through an email you will be informed of the possibility of sending the piece to our warehouses and will provide you with a shipping address. Make sure that the piece is packed in perfect condition, preferably the same packaging in which you received it, and the logistics company with which it is sent. David Locco’s team will not take care of the packages that may have been lost at the transport agency. Once we receive the piece, our team will contact you to report it, just for your peace of mind.

The repair period for a part is approximately 25 days.

More about my product

If your ring size is not within the available stock we will not have any problem in making your custom ring. You just have to contact our team at help@davidlocco.com. Your ring will be manufactured within a maximum period of 30 days. The ring will have the same PVP regardless of its size.

All of David Locco’s jewels are jewelry made with 925-mm silver, better known as sterling silver and bathed in 18-carat gold. The 925 mm are determined by the alloy of materials to achieve the final product, the silver carries in a proportion of 92.5% pure silver mixed with 7.5% other metals, among which nickel and copper can be found. This alloy is necessary to give the material the necessary hardness to be manipulated and used in jewelry.

Silver is a material prone to darken due to the oxidation processes, which cause the piece to lose its original color. Although David Locco uses a protective product to avoid the consequences of the passage of time and oxidation, the care of the pieces is essential.

The way to prevent the silver from darkening is to keep the jewels in a place that prevents the oxidation processes, preferably in a jeweler, and in a hermetic bag that separates it from the rest of the pieces.

In addition, we recommend not wearing them when you use perfumes, creams or alcohol. Also, it is not advisable to put them in the water of the pools or in the sea, since that will accelerate the whole oxidation process.

Carrying out these care, your David Locco pieces will remain intact for much longer.
